Since I've seen the interest in Charles Bronson's workout on this forum. I was wondering if anyone has tried to emulate his workout techniques, or find something similar. If so have their been any results?

I've worked out with regularity for about 25 yrs (age 40) and have certainly used Bronson as an inspiration. I think the key is regularity and consistency, trying to do something physical every day or close to it for anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes of moderate intensity. A lot of Bronson principles mixed in.
I use weights but not every day, mixing in a lot of free hand exercise that's easier to recover from. I still swim, run, jump, leap, punch, and kick as much as I can. I like to think of Charlie doing 100 push-ups at the age of 75 and think, yeah, that'll be me. We'll see. I've always squeezed a small rubber ball a lot, reminding me of "The Mechanic". People comment on the veins in my forearms, which I take pride in.
I'm about 5'10" and weigh 172, what I've always been. Others remark that I have great arms and shoulders and on how lean my hips and waist are. When my bodyfat is measured it's between 8-9%. I try not to let it fall too far under that level, which I suppose is a good problem to have while others are fighting the Battle of the Bulge (pun intended). I still use the same poundages at the gym that I did in my youth after basically reaching my genetic potential. Never touched a steroid. Will allow myself a beer or two.
Definitely owe a great deal of my work ethic and dietary self-discipline to growing up watching Charlie, especially as he got into his 50's and was still in such phenomenal shape.
