After years of searching for this on DVD on places like eBay, Amazon, various forums etc, I finally found a copy of this movie on Amazon. I often check out its page on Amazon to see if someone is selling it and got lucky as I saw a seller selling a copy last week. Not only did I find a copy, it was even brand new and SEALED! Keep in mind it's been 14 years since its release, I really got lucky. It arrived yesterday in great condition and I finally got to see it.
I now have all of Bronson's movies from the 90's on DVD (except for The Sea Wolf, which I have on VHS due to lack of a DVD release with English audio) and am only one movie away from having all of his 80's movies. The only one I'm missing from that decade is Act of Vengeance, which as far as I know is only available free from cuts on VHS in the US.
As for the movie itself, I felt it was entertaining and well made, I agree with taffin that it was surprisingly violent for a TV-movie, a welcomed surprise. I'd say it's on par with his Family of Cops trilogy, which I really enjoy and I still don't understand why they get so much crap from fans.
