Director:John Sturges Writer(s):Tom T. Chamales, Millard Kaufman Actors:Frank Sinatra, Gina Lollobrigida, Peter Lawford, Steve Mcqueen, Richard Johnson, Paul Henreid, Brian Donlevy, Dean Jones, Charles Bronson
This movie is directed by John Sturges(The Magnificent Seven, The Great Escape) and has two of the stars of "The Magnificent Seven" and "The Great Escape", Bronson and McQueen. This movie though is bad and Bronson has little screen time.

Almost everything goes wrong in "NEVER SO FEW", mostly the leading actors : Sinatra and Lollobrigida look ridiculous together. After his four B-movies in a row, Bronson goes back to supporting parts. He plays a windtalker, and looks understandably bored most of the time. His "rich boy" scenes with Dean Jones are badly written. The one and only reason to give "NEVER SO FEW" a look, is Steve McQueen, funny at times. That's all.

And for the "bad day at the office" scene, where Bronson talks to McQueen.Does Bernardo talk to Vin or Danny to Hilts?I don't remember.

Bronson wears a tank-top throughout and looks leaner than most of his other 50's films. Might only be 5 to10 pounds of muscle. Wonder if he slimmed down some for the lead in the "Man With a Camera" series around the same time. Big muscles back in that day were generally frowned upon for leading men. Still looks to be in great shape.

I also thought that he didn't look as big as he did in his previous movies but I thought it was just me.
