Director:Ken Annakin Writer(s):Philip Yordan, Milton Sperling, John Melson Actors:Henry Fonda, Robert Shaw, Telly Savalas, Robert Ryan, Dana Andrews,George Montgomery, Charles Bronson
This is a movie with great cast.It has some very interesting moments and a couple of spectacular tank- battle sequences but it has some boring scenes too.Bronson hasn't very much screen time but he has two great monologues. It's an interesting performance. The script forgets him for the last 30 minutes and we never know what exactly happened to him.

The funny thing is that Bronson's big scene in "BATTLE OF THE BULGE" (the last one, with Shaw) was always cut, before the DVD. The film is quite boring, the F/X are not so good by today's standards, but it's interesting to see Bronson and Fonda sharing a lot of scenes, three years before Leone.
