Sharpshooters Zack Thomas and Joe Jarrett are in a Texan stage-coach and manage to fight off Matson's robber gang, so afterward they can fight over the $100,000 cash carried by a railroad official. Both make it to Galveston, where each, including vexed Matson, meets up with respective accomplices in various dirty schemes. The money keeps changing hands and the scene shifts to a river boat, which should multiply the winnings as a casino, but the crooks and bullets follow.

I think this was a very sweet and often touching movie. Bronson was very good in it and the supporting cast were too. I think I'll be watching my DVD every Christmas from now on. True to my word, I've now watched this for the third time. It's such a cosy little movie. Those who haven't seen it yet needs to get the German DVD ASAP so you too can enjoy a good Bronson movie during the Christmas season.

That's weird, I could have sworn I had posted that article on the forum before. It's a very good one, extremely interesting! Definitely worth a read!

I am sooo looking forward to this! I hope they talk a lot about Bronson.
If The Golem was a Bronson vs. monster movie, I would have loved for it to have been made.

The only Charles Bronson movie from the period 1970-1999 that has not yet had an official DVD release is now getting one! Act of Vengeance!Of course, who else but the GERMANS are releasing this rare movie. So typical of them, so wonderful. Unfortunately, if the Amazon running time is correct, it is the cut version. The US VHS is 97 minutes long, this DVD is 85 minutes long. After NTSC-PAL conversion, we're missing some minutes. God knows what can be cut since it's a TV-movie. I'm happy just to have it on DVD though. Release date is set for September 18. You can pre-order it here: www.amazon.de/Bronson-Ein-Mann-schl%C3%A4gt-zur%C3%BCck/dp/B00LX19AY2/ref=sr_1_2?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1409320577&sr=1-2&keywords=charles+bronson
