It doesn't look like a good movie, at least not for my taste... and I'm a Bruce Willis fan. However I found really cool the part from 1:52 to 2:03 in the trailer.

I think it looks like great fun. It's based on the 1974 film rather than the 1971 book, and seems to be more in line with the goofier tone of DW3 and DW5.

The film is supposed to be a remake of the original Death Wish with both main characters' wives killed, although the new film does not capture the serious and graphic nature of the original based on the trailer. It does looks like a fun film to watch and like croft69 says it has the feel of DW3 and DW4, although I think the remake is going to feel lacking of some sort of property that all Bronson films had, whether it was his screen prescence or charisma but something that kept us captivated to him

I can't wait, when there was 4 sequels and a spin off, it's hard to say it will ruin the franchise, plus I'm a big fan of Elizabeth Shue after seeing The Karate Kid when I was a er kid, be cool to actually see a Death Wish film in the cinema also.

I agree... it was actually spinned off more than once.
