I've seen it. "DIPLOMATIC COURIER" is a nondescript cold war spy film, in black & white, with a good cast : Patricia Neal, Karl Malden, Tyrone Power, etc. Lee Marvin appears in two scenes as a good guy MP in Trieste, who tries to help Power. Bronson is a KGB hitman, dressed like a gangster. With a colleague, he's seen on a train and a station, for three or four short scenes. He kills James Millican, and has one line (one word !) : "Cigaretten !", when he buys his smoke in a bar. Don't see this film for Marvin & Bronson, you'll be disappointed.

I didn't even know Marvin was in this the first time I saw it. Even though they don't have a lot of screentime, I think it was a very enjoyable spy thriller, and I'm not usually a fan of those. Worth a purchase for the completist as well as for those who just likes good movies.
You make sounds like you're a mean little ass-kicker... only I ain't convinced. You keep talking and I'm gonna take your head off.
